Envision was to be selected by the City of Philadelphia to provide Owner’s Representative Services for Rebuilding Community Infrastructure (REBUILD). Envision to provide program management, design and construction technical advisory services to support delivery of a $400M+ capital project portfolio of parks and recreation, playgrounds and libraries.
